Ive a bad case of malasma but Pammi at Laser Sheer is working with me to address this issue and now my skin tone is almost even. From acne, frown lines to uneven skin tone theyve address all my skin issues! My family & co-workers compliment my skin all the time since Ive been going to Laser Sheer. I have been coming here for 7 years. Pam is absolutely amazing. Ive had genesis done for years, Ive had Pearl laser done multiple times and she is so informative and incredible. They literally teaches classes for the lasers. While I was getting my Pearl fusion done, Dr Kirby came in and even asked me some questions so she could write me a quick prescription for an antihistamine so my face wouldnt swell. The topical and everything numbed my face up really good I couldnt even feel anything, it was awesome. The staff even told me they would have access to their emails day and night in case I had a bad reaction to the laser or if I needed anything. They are fantastic. They called me to make sure I was doing ok after everything. there is no one better in the city for lasers or another location more informative than this one. They do everything here, botox, fillers, blue light, lasers, even have a dermatologist on site who Ive seen a few times as well.

Going to Pammie and walking into Laser Sheer and getting the treatments has given me a lot more confidence in how I present myself to others as well as how i think of myself no amount of money can buy that in the world. The staff were so friendly and flexible with my schedule and I'm forever grateful to Pammie for giving me hope in improving the scarring on my face with the results of each and every treatment. I am just amazed at the skill and results that I have had due to the treatments from Pammie and Laser WEM and I definitely plan on coming back for more treatments for my Laser Scarring. What shined to me was the honesty in their service, and the fact that you truly get what you pay for. The technician told me plainly and truthfully, that a treatment I was very eager to get done, won't work on my skin when they could have easily taken my money. Instead they offered me alternative solutions and set me up with an appointment to see a dermatologist. I did however become a returning customer, and have been very satisfied with the results I received from their Thermage treatments.
